D’Addario

Aziende Agricole D’Addario is a family of farms producing high quality wines in the heart of Salento, Puglia. The vineyards are comprised of Primtivo di Manduria, Susumaniello, Malvasia and Negroamaro grapes obtained from ancient native vines. These vineyards hold soil rich in iron oxides, resting on limestone rock. This terrain guarantees freshness, a sugar concentration in the grape bunches, and strong minerality. Inspired by ambition, love for the land, and a dream of cultivating and bottling wine, the D’Addario family pursues a production model aimed at creating refined wines of the highest quality. In addition to previous family experiences and traditions, a solid collaboration between winemaker, agronomist and oenologist is formed to create wines of strong character, but of great elegance and refinement in taste and aroma. The D’Addario farms possess some of the oldest Primitivo vineyards in the region, producing full-bodied, opulent wines with a strong polyphenolic presence.
